I had a great experience with comfortable beds and easy access to the gorgeous Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park just a short stroll away, and it’s also adjacent to the Galleria Mall where I discovered numerous shopping and dining options in less than a 5-minute walk.

The connection to the Galleria mall is fantastic, along with free parking and early check-in. The Traditional Guest room with 1 King bed was comfortable and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the service during the reservation process was frustrating, marked by unhelpful transfers and rudeness from staff. This left a sour taste despite the positive aspects of the room and location.

Had a lovely overnight stay here where I enjoyed the huge flat screen TV and the modern bathroom setup. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and I appreciated the gym facilities as well.
